I love Waitrose and the whole experience of shopping there.

Once a week I descend the isles for inspiration I have had this brand of coffee before picking it up on the way to Whitby.

Breaking the foil revealed a scent the was and is magical. Deep, sweet and taking you back to all those sweet coconut treats.

Brewed with just hot water and a hint of sugar it was a joy!

After a manic week of shoots, writing, reading and cooking I decided a nice Sunday lunch was called for.

I knew it would be busy, stunning to look at and taste perfect.

A nice addition of creamed leeks and a side of vegetables, beef so tender you could have but it with a butter knife. Crisp, tall Yorkshires to clean up all that lovely gravy.
