Hello and welcome back

I'm not long back from Biarritz
Here's a break down

This cappuccino made by the best barista I have ever met
The coffee shop is located to the left side of the market, it's not only selling the best coffee in the south of France they sell coffee beans, ground coffee and coffee machines
All be it with a tag large enough to make your eyes water but alas it's the best coffee you'll get for miles
This new place
Walking by one night, of this new seemingly popular eatery we saw droves of people munching on meats, meats that heaven made
So what to do?
Lunch Sydell, ha yep you guessed it straight there
This charcuterie board was for two people and was thirty euros for both people
Along Biarritz busy main hub I felt rather smug sat looking onto the street with this food and a great wine
Across the way is a tapas bar, I went last year highly priced and not the best in Biarritz

Holiday selfie before oysters
Oysters in the market early morning is the norm
What's better than that?
Champers before heading out of course then eating them
Miremont have a new location in addition to their other right near the market
Miremont is traditionally French, chi'c and classically beautiful for food and decor

Sunset strip
This sits near the market also, it's changed a lot sins last year.
Now they have seating and lots more deli goods
I could run down a list of my fave's from here...
The window is full to the brim of of beauties
Treats galore with such splendor
Linked to one of Biarritz's prestigious hotels and serves you the highest quality lunchable lights, healthy, tasty and pretty foods
Milwaukee cafe
Before my French tattoo's
The cafe is vast, open with a really welcoming feel.
Fresh with lots of light
The fridge as you walk in full of healthy options
as well as the menu it's a welcomed change

New coffee to the city
Huge thanks to
River City Coffe
Matt & Co for sending me the coffee just in time for my weekend off
Ethos
 knowledge & understanding
We are a Hull based artisan coffee roastery set up to roast single origin
coffee from around the world and deliver them fresh directly through the
web site or to wholesalers / retailers looking for a specialty coffee
experience. 225g Packs will retail on the website at between £6-£7 with
delivery to home addresses utilising special bags in order to reduce
postage costs to the customer and so they fit through the letterbox without
worry of missing a parcel delivery. That means within a few days of
ordering you would get freshly roasted coffee straight to your door without
any hassle :) We specialise in home brew methods and have tailored the
roasts accordingly so you can enjoy restaurant quality coffee from your
armchair.

The Company was set up by me to support my daughters transition into a
school to cater for her needs which my previous career and commuting
wouldn't accommodate (not something I particularly want to have made public
knowledge but for info). I've been roasting my own coffee at home for years
so it seemed serendipitous that the need to facilitate my daughters
transition into a new school could be met by starting a business doing
something I loved (I couldn't find a way of making money from surfing
otherwise there might have been a conflict of ideas!).

River City Coffee was born. It's been built by me from scratch (both
physically and metaphorically) and we're about to launch the webshop later
this month with some local stockists eager to see how the market reacts.

Lastly, the company is founded on 3 basic principles;
Making great COFFEE
Having a social CONSCIENCE
Helping out our COMMUNITY through events, charity work and supporting

This building was dated, it was an old school Parisian looking bar and now has the feel of Conran, Habitat.
