Hello and welcome back today's blog features
Eat Real Healthy Snacking

RISE OF THE HEALTHY ADULT LUNCHBOX!
If you thought packed lunches were just for kids - think again!  The number of adults swapping canteen food for lunchboxes is on the rise* as more and more people choose to satisfy their appetite for a healthier lifestyle with a healthy packed lunch.

I was sent a selection of four flavours, I had no idea what was in the box.
So as you can imagine it was quite exciting picking up a box from the sorting office getting it home and opening it up.
Everyone enjoys crisps right?

So, shouldn't you have the choice to eat healthy also?
Of course, you should Eat Real is a healthy, light flavourful addition to your lunch box and a snack.
Sundried tomato and roasted garlic
Ridged, crisp, delicate and just enough to satisfy.

Kale, tomato & spinach
Personally, I think these are one the best.
We all like a quirkily shaped crisp, yes we do!
These would be really good with a dip or salsa, happily, unlike some 'crisps, these are non-greasy.

Sea salt lentil chips
Eat Real are 40% less fat than the regular potato chips, they are gluten-free, suitable for vegans and have no added sugar.

Finally my favourite of all the chips
The Hummus sour cream and chives.
They are the most mouthwatering, creamy, crunchy, seductive chip known to man.
Shaped like pasta shells, these morsels are the pinnacle of any snack.
I firmly recommend they are to be tried, tasted and tested.
To help pack a lunch punch without compromising on taste, Eat Real’s pulse and grain-based snacks deliver a healthy lunch munch in a range of on-trend flavours and are perfect for anyone either making lifestyle choices or living with dietary intolerances.  Gluten and lactose-free, and suitable for Vegan and Kosher diets, they contain significantly less fat (up to 48% less) than traditional potato crisps – and some have no added sugar.
Eat Real’s Hummus Chips, Lentil Chips, Quinoa Chips and Veggie Straws come in a wide range of yummy flavours - including Creamy Dill, Sundried Tomato & Roasted Garlic, Chilli & Lemon and Sea Salt – and in handy packs (22-25g), impulse bags for bigger appetites (30-45g) and sharing bags (80-135g).
They’re available from independent health stores and most major retail multiples including Holland & Barrett, Tesco, Co-op and Morrisons.  RRP: 50p -£1.79.

*Adults have consumed an extra 100 million packed lunches in the past two years (Kantar Worldwide 2017).
