Asparagus Raviolini with a Quail's Egg Garnish, Lemon Butter, Pangrattato & Vegetarian Italian Cheese.
I'm a huge lover of pasta, mum brought us up to eat it well, eat it right and not leave a smidgen.

I was looking forward to receiving my parcel which turned up on a gloomy Yorkshire afternoon and went to open to box to see some stunning Raviolini.
Beautiful aesthetically and flavourfully, dripping lightly in the lemon butter and topped with a gentle warm quails yoke.

Sumptuously delicate, mouthwateringly divine and most of all it made this Yorkshire girl feel very very relaxed and comforted as all good pasta should!
