Also their website to order
If you are in the Uk and would like to order
Here is the Uk stockist

When you recieve the Toas-tite
there are booklets on how to prepare
yours for the first time and a
a recipe booklet too
Of course I wanted to make my own
creations.
I wanted to make something Asian inspired for the
sweet side with a Yorkshire twist
Brackenhill is a fine foods product
and highly thought of with the Yorkshire foodies.
You'll see it stocked in the best deli's
Here is the website to find it and other produce yourself

I mixed a Yorkshire lemon curd with lime zest
thinly sliced the kiwi and halved a few lychee
Those who have no eaten or know what
lychee is it is a light fruit and a sweet zesty fresh flavour.
Although the texture when you feel it in your hands may seem odd it is a fruit worth trying

I spread the Yorkshire curd with the lime zest
The added the kiwi with lychee

Placed it on the already hot Toas-tit that had been on the gas
(making sure to heat both sides and then rub with olive oil on the inside making sure you go into all the nooks)

Place the bread on and pull down the lid.
Then cut off any excess
Make sure you do not have your gas on a high temp and turn it.
Once it as started to cook you can open it to see
how it's doing the better you grease the
Toas-tite the more wonderful it looks

I found the cheapest white bread was a great
choice it cooked quick did not burn easy and was light. The filling will cook to perfection
the bread will be crisp and easy to remove.
The result of this sweet dish was a light handheld
zesty melt in the mouth delight.
I covered it in icing sugar to add that extra sweetness

I wanted to include a savory option also
Bresaola avocdo plum tomato and peppercorn cream cheese
Two slices of the bresaola three slices of avocado and three slices of the plum tomato the cream cheese balls and
some cracked black pepper ontop

I spread the cream cheese on the bottom on one of the slices of bread and then added a
slice of the meat on top of all the filling

If your thinking avocado may be odd
hot think again it's like all that good about food
A hot fresh good for you food
that melts like butter when you eat it hot and ripe

It takes maybe three of four minutes too cook
the most important thing is do not turn the heat up too high and turn it over.
The result was a beautifully sublime
hot avocado creamy tomato cured meat treat
