Adam Cox, Company Director of Adams Cakes, designs and creates some of the most visually stunning cakes in the UK. The Manchester born cake baker made the move down to London to cater for his many celebrity customers, some of whom include Ronnie Wood, Ralph Lauren, Damien Hirst, Jonathan Ross, Jimmy Carr, and Richard Ashcroft, to name a few. Adam has also appeared on Paul Hollywood’s BBC series ‘Pies and Puds’.
