We also went to Venice this year after twisting and turning streets
We saw the sweetest most amazing tiny but full chocolate shop.
The chocolatier talked me through chocolates and his shop.
Not only did we buy lots of chocolate we had some of his ice-creams.
We actually managed to just get out the shop and stop down a tiny alley to eat them desperate to go back for more we carried on.

After seeing the salt and gearing about it I had had to use it.
So I sat and though how I could use it not just for seasoning but in many ways because when you have a premium product like this
you must make sure you can use it to it's full.

Heat the almond milk in the pan and whisk in the milk to the jug for a very LUX hot chocolate.
For an added extra add hazlenut syrup.

Ella Street Social is somewhere I love to pop into have a cocktail
and sit in the Sunday afternoon sun and have a few drinks.
With a long varied cocktail menu and well trained staff it makes for the most welcomed visit.
The staff always present a cocktail to remember it seems to not just be a drink but something they cherish and love to serve.

I cooked the joint for three hours
In a roasting tray with a rack.
I put carrots onions and celery at the bottom with water
bay leafs mustard seeds and black peppercorns
After a half hour of cooking on your ovens FULL heat reduce it down cover the whole tray with foil and cook for two and half hours.

To brulee the tart sprinkle with icing sugar and grill

Salted chocolate oranges
Thinly sliced orange dipped in melted dark chocolate dusted with
The Saltan pink salt
Salted bitter chocolate brittle
with sugard hazlenuts and orange
Heat a pan with sugar in till it turns golden turn to the minimal heat possible and add the hazlenuts turning them with a fork
Then once coated one at a time put on to greaseproof paper.
cut some of your dipped chocolate oranges also.
in a pan melt chocolate and a nob of butter.
Then poor over the hazlenuts and oranges
When the brittle is cooling add the salt on top
