Hate is a serious harsh word

However the above saying is quite true

People who say they hate someone usually lack something in their lives

Drive ambition and personal success lack in their lives to get what they want from it.

Having goals and dreams is what we all need that is healthy.

Though downing people who have what you want

The house the partner the pretty things you'd like the job you want makes for self loath.

Someone successful in the field you want to be in like themselves and people love them have numerous attributes to be social successful as well as on a pro level.

The person with the green eyed monster effect truly hate themselves their looks old and new.

They are desperate for you to be brought down.

Try all tactics to do that and will not stop till this happens.

How do you react?

The thing to do in this situation is to keep on,move on from this persons feelings and grow develop most of all have compassion for this hateful person forgive them for their wrongs and then the circle can no longer rotate.

Forgiving means they know you no longer are upset you have empathy for them and their lack of self worth let them know you can sympathise with their problems in life and that the situation is over and all is forgiven.
