Tonight's dinner Darlings
In a roasting tray add
halved white onions,halved carrots,leeks and peeled potato for mashing,smoked paprika sea salt cracked black pepper.
Add a small amount of water to the tray and tarragon 
Cover in foil for forty mins on 200
Then remove the foil for forty more mins
Boil some purple broccoli 
and
serve
