smoked gammon drizzled with honey and a whole grain mustard.With a side of sliced potato with red onion cream and cheese with thinly sliced cabbage and cracked black pepper.
Pot roast smoked Gammon for an hour and a half with some water and chunky cut carrots under the meat.Take it out of the oven and brush the top of the meat with wholegrain mustard and honey bake for a further half hour.

Pan fry with a small amout of oil and lots cracked black pepper thinly sliced cabbage.


The potato is sliced raw and part boiled.The dish has thinly sliced red onion cream and a little of strong cheese baked in tin foil in an oven proff dish for the same time as the gammon on a low heat of 150-180.
