Yesterday I had a lovely day very very buy though I do wonder where my days go.

Firstly a meeting to have my hair styled and chopped...wonderful!

Home to meet my interior designing friend for a chat about home/my future babies and cakes!

Then to bike on the wonderful Avenues

After a nice bike I had arranged to meet friends at The Last Word for coffee and chats A friend of mine Stefan and Andy was there Stefan is a photographer and Andy a Record dealer.

It was nice The Last Word is a quirky cafe... high end relaxed and very New York looking with books to read whilst you are there stacks and stacks of books.
Dark tables and chairs with the odd leather armchair to set the tone.Dimmed lights of yellowed glass and delicious cakes and coffee.

Then to home to write blog for my lovely admiring readers (that's you reading this now)

Then to meet my lovely man.... we always meet on a Friday to but food for the next week and plan a foodistas dinner delights.

It's the start of our weekend and there is nothing better than talking food holding hands and just being together!
